Physical/In-Person Conferences:
We kindly request all registered and interested participants to check our website twice a week or contact the conference manager for the latest updates.
Please ensure to regularly check both your email inbox and spam folder for conference-related notifications. Mark our conference emails as “safe senders” to receive them in your inbox.
Conference Tree is not responsible for email delivery issues. If you encounter problems receiving our emails, please contact the conference manager.
Conference Tree is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
Registration, accommodation, and travel expenses are not covered by Conference Tree. Participants must pay the registration fee to attend the conference. For any inquiries, please reach out to the respective conference manager.
All cancellations or refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference manager.
Please note that once payments are made, they are non-refundable due to prior commitments associated with the conference.
Registered participants have the option to transfer 40% of their registration fee to the next conference if done within 45 days of the current conference.
However, transfers are not eligible within 30 days of the conference.
Registered participants can nominate colleagues to present on their behalf if they are unwilling or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
The organization reserves the right to make changes to conference dates, programs, or cancel the event at any time.
The organization is not liable if the event is canceled or postponed due to natural disasters, unforeseeable activities, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities. Registered participants will be informed through email or other channels to make an appropriate decision.

Virtual Conferences/Online Conferences:
Payments made for virtual conferences, webinars, or online conferences are non-refundable.
However, these payments are transferable to upcoming conferences.
Participants who have made payments but are unable to attend virtual conferences should contact the conference manager to discuss options.
By attending or registering for the conference, you are hereby agreeing to these terms and conditions.
