Our scientific committee will review your abstract to ensure originality and absence of plagiarism. You will receive an email notification once your abstract is accepted. What is included in the speaker
registration fees?

The speaker registration fees cover Continuing Education (CE) Credits, an Attendance Certificate, ID Cards, Buffet Lunch, Coffee Breaks, Free Wi-Fi, Conference Proceedings, and a Scientific Program. Additionally, we offer a Hotel Shuttle Service from the airport to the hotel for the convenience of our attendees. We aim to make your conference experience enjoyable and productive. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to your participation.

 

Will the conference fully fund speakers?

As a not-for-profit organization, we are unable to fully fund all speakers. However, we do provide limited funding opportunities for select speakers. We also offer benefits such as complimentary registration and accommodation discounts to help offset expenses.
